About Legion Workforce Engagement

The Legion Mobile app is a powerful tool for team management that can help you engage and empower your team. With just a few taps, team members can update their work preferences and availability, and Legion ensures that this information is factored into the schedule. This means that you can create schedules that are tailored to the needs of your team, and that your team members are more likely to be available when you need them. One of the key features of the Legion Mobile app is the ability to notify team members when work schedules become available. This means that your team members can stay up-to-date with their schedules, and that they can plan their work around their other commitments. Additionally, the app allows you to send targeted shift offers to available team members in real-time. This can help you drive team participation and ownership, while also ensuring that you are able to fulfill open shifts and callouts.
