Users can verify their interlocutor's encryption keys with a QR code, and there are three levels of account access with three PIN codes. Personal information is not available when using public networks, and the app offers security alerts for account hacking attempts. However, withdrawing the number does not impact the user's account functionality, including chats and calls within the SafeUM network. The recovery of the number is technically impossible, but the number will not be withdrawn if the balance is positive.
