About Resident App

Resident App is a mobile application that simplifies the process of submitting service requests, reporting concerns, paying rent, receiving package notifications, and connecting with your community team. With just a tap, you can create a new service request and capture the details to get the issue resolved in seconds. Whether you have a clogged sink or a broken appliance, the app allows you to send the request directly to the community team for prompt resolution. The app also keeps you informed about the progress of your requests and events in your community. You can quickly connect with a community team member to share more information or provide feedback on your experience. With each service request, you have the opportunity to rate your experience and share feedback with your community's management. This feature allows you to provide valuable insights that can help improve the quality of service in your community. Resident App is a companion app to the award-winning SightPlan™ Resident Service solution. If you are not sure whether you live in a SightPlan enabled community, you can contact your Property Manager to learn more. The app is designed to make your life easier by providing a convenient and efficient way to manage your requests and stay connected with your community team. Whether you need to report a maintenance issue or want to share feedback, Resident App is the perfect tool for you.
