About Myzone

Myzone is a wearable fitness brand that rewards effort over ability. It is used by over 1.8 million people worldwide, both at home and in partner gyms such as Snap Fitness, LA Fitness, and Fitness First. Myzone heart rate monitors use electrocardiography (ECG) measurement that is accurate up to 99.4%, making it one of the most accurate trackers available. The five tailored effort zones make heart rate training easy to understand, allowing athletes and fitness newbies to exercise together and earn Myzone Effort Points (MEPs). The Myzone app uses inclusive, game-based mechanics and social elements to create an engaging and motivational experience. It creates personalized zones based on your maximum heart rate, allowing anyone to compete together on a level playing field. Myzone also offers MZ-Remote, the world's first virtual live group workout where participants can connect and exercise together while receiving real-time biometric feedback and personalized coaching from a trainer. Myzone is loved by experts and has been featured and reviewed by international journalists from publications such as Men's Fitness, Women's Health, and GQ for over 10 years. Myzone connects through analogue, ANT+ and Bluetooth with gym equipment, Apple Watch, Wear OS, Garmin, and Samsung Galaxy. It also integrates with third-party apps such as MapMyRun, Strava, and MyFitnessPal. Join the Myzone community to experience an inclusive and motivational fitness journey that rewards effort over ability.
