About MPLS Parking

MPLS Parking is a mobile app that allows users to pay for on-street and off-street parking in Houston and over 500 other cities across the United States. The app, powered by ParkMobile, also enables users to reserve parking spots ahead of time in lots, garages, venues, airports, and universities. With MPLS Parking, users can skip the meter and pay for parking from their mobile devices, extend their parking duration remotely, and receive alerts when their parking session is about to expire. The app is available for download on both iOS and Android devices. To set up an account on MPLS Parking, users need to download the app and create an account with their email address and password. They also need to enter their license plate number and the state where their vehicle is registered, and add their method of payment. Once the account is set up, users can start using the app to pay for parking and reserve parking spots. MPLS Parking offers several features to make parking easier and more convenient for users. These include customizable notifications delivered via email, text, and/or app, the ability to save favorite parking locations for next time, the option to store up to five cars in the account, and a "Find my car" feature that directs users back to the location where they parked. The app also provides turn-by-turn directions to the parking garage where users reserved their spot and multiple payment methods. ParkMobile, LLC, the company behind MPLS Parking, is the leading provider of parking payment solutions in the United States, helping over 25 million people easily find, reserve, and pay for parking from their mobile devices. The company's customer service is available 24/7/365 to assist users with any issues they may encounter while using the app.
