About Lyft Driver

Lyft is a ride-sharing service that invests in its drivers by offering refreshed bonuses, revamped rewards, and safety tools that matter. The company has launched a bigger and better Lyft Rewards program that provides more ways to earn on top of hourly earnings and tips. Lyft also looks out for the safety of its drivers by providing 24/7 support and improved standards for riders. The company offers support via phone, email, and in-person at its Hubs and Driver Centers. The new app is designed to help drivers succeed with maps made for rideshare and enhanced safety tools. Passengers are encouraged to tip in the app, and drivers keep the whole amount. With Lyft Express Drive, drivers don't need their own car to earn in select markets. However, continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life for Lyft drivers. By downloading the app, drivers agree to receive communications from Lyft, including push notifications, and to allow Lyft to collect their device's language settings. Drivers can opt out of receiving push notifications through their device settings. Overall, Lyft is a ride-sharing service that values its drivers and provides them with the tools and support they need to succeed. With a bigger and better Lyft Rewards program, improved safety standards, and an updated app, Lyft is a great option for drivers looking to earn money without owning their own car.
