About Klarna | Shop now. Pay later.

Klarna is a payment service that allows users to split the cost of their purchases into four interest-free payments, paid every two weeks. They partner with retailers worldwide, offering a seamless shopping experience directly from their sites. Klarna also provides customer support and protection for any issues that may arise with orders. Users can download the Klarna app to access personalized inspiration, exclusive deals, and discounts, as well as manage their purchases and finances. In addition to the buy now, pay later feature, Klarna offers new deals and discounts every day. Users can easily find and claim deals with a simple tap, and the selection is constantly updated. Klarna also has a rewards club where users can earn points for every dollar spent, as well as enjoy member perks and a welcome reward. For those who prefer a physical card, Klarna offers a flexible alternative to credit cards, allowing up to 30 days to pay for online and in-store purchases. The Klarna app provides instant order confirmation, ensuring that users can see their purchase details immediately after placing an order. It also offers delivery tracking, allowing users to stay updated on the status of their parcels. Returns can be reported directly in the app, and with the pay later option, purchases can be paused until the return is processed. The app also provides personalized inspiration, curated suggestions, and price drop alerts. Users have full control over their payments, with the ability to choose the amount and timing that works best for their budget. Klarna also offers round-the-clock customer service through their chat feature in the app, ensuring that users can get assistance whenever they need it.
