About Keep Health

The supported smartwatches for the application include the Q15Pro-80B7 model. These smartwatches are compatible with the application and can be used to access its features. The core functions of the application include SMS content and call forwarding. With the application installed on your smartwatch, you can view the content of incoming SMS messages directly on the wearable device. Additionally, the application allows you to forward calls from your mobile phone to your smartwatch, ensuring that you never miss an important call. One of the key features of the application is its ability to monitor incoming calls on your mobile phone and push call notifications to your smartwatch. This allows you to easily identify who is calling without having to check your phone. Similarly, the application also reads SMS messages on your mobile phone and pushes notifications to your smartwatch. This enables you to read the text and details of the SMS directly on your wearable device. In addition to SMS and call notifications, the application also provides information on various health and fitness metrics. This includes displaying the number of steps taken, heart rate, sleep patterns, and exercise history tracked by the smartwatch. By accessing this information on your smartwatch, you can easily monitor your health and fitness progress without needing to check your mobile phone.
