About InBody

InBody is a health and wellness company that aims to provide evidence-based data to individuals to help them achieve a better understanding of their overall health. By using the InBody mobile app in conjunction with one of their body composition analyzers or blood pressure monitors, users can measure muscle, fat, water, and blood pressure to create a snapshot of their whole body health. This information can be used to track progress over time and make healthy improvements. The InBody app offers a range of features to help users manage their health and wellness. Users can evaluate key summaries of recent InBody tests, view historic data for body composition, monitor blood pressure levels, manage caloric outputs, and track daily exercise and food intake. The app also allows users to see their national ranking and start healthy competitions with friends and family based on their InBody score and weekly step count. InBody has recently undergone some changes to further simplify users' understanding of personal health and wellness. The updated app dashboard displays data on the latest InBody tests, blood pressure outputs, daily activity levels, body composition goals, and nutritional progress. The app also features an updated result sheet, a graphic depiction of differences in segmental body composition, a digital diet and exercise log, an enhanced connection between the InBody wearable device and the app, an online training journal, and a national rankings board for friendly competition.
