About Guardians from Truecaller

Guardians is a safety app that allows users to choose trusted people as their guardians and share their GPS location with them. The app is designed to provide peace of mind and protection, especially for women who may feel unsafe in certain situations. By inviting friends and family to be their guardians, users can have someone to turn to in case of an emergency. One of the key features of Guardians is the ability to share GPS location privately. Only the user's guardians will be able to see where they are and check on their safety. Users can also choose to share their location permanently with certain trusted people. This can be particularly useful for parents who want to keep track of their children's whereabouts. In addition to location sharing, Guardians also has an "I need help" feature that allows users to notify their guardians immediately when they are feeling unsafe. This can be a lifesaver in situations where the user may not be able to call for help themselves. The app also shares information about battery life, network strength, and phone status, which can be vital information for guardians and the user's safety.
