About Covenant Eyes
Covenant Eyes is an app designed to help individuals quit pornography and live a porn-free life. With over 1.5 million users, it offers device-wide accountability to track progress and achieve recovery goals. The app captures periodic screenshots, analyzes them for explicit content, and blurs them before making them available in the Victory app. Privacy is prioritized, ensuring personal information remains unreadable. The app also provides optional protection through porn blocking, forced SafeSearch, and customizable domain block and allow lists. Covenant Eyes aims to help users reflect on their behavior and make positive choices.
The Covenant Eyes app works in conjunction with the Victory app to provide users with the necessary tools to live a porn-free life. The Victory app allows users to reflect on their recovery journey through check-ins and reminders. It also offers counselor-reviewed courses and content to support users along their recovery journey. The app features artificial intelligence porn detection, encrypted data transfers, and encrypted data storage. Users can access a low-resolution, safe history of their activity and choose to share it with someone who can provide support and celebrate their successes. Covenant Eyes emphasizes the importance of accountability and mindset in overcoming porn addiction.
Covenant Eyes is a pioneer in accountability software, dedicated to helping individuals quit watching porn since 2000. The app does not collect personal or sensitive user data for monitoring purposes. It uses the Accessibility Service permission for features like app lock and the Device Administrator permission as an additional safeguard in recovery. The app also utilizes a VPN service for filtering, but no personal data is shared through the VPN. Covenant Eyes offers email, chat, and phone support for technical questions and provides unlimited device usage and multiple usernames for family members.
