Before your trip, you can use the app to book your cruise and flights, watch videos about the Royal Caribbean Group family of brands, and view your booked cruises. The app also allows you to complete the check-in process, link reservations with other guests, and make dining, spa, and shore excursion reservations. You can even purchase and upgrade internet and beverage packages, and access information about the ship's activities, entertainment, and dining venues. Once onboard, you can connect to the ship's Wi-Fi and use the app to complete the guest safety briefing, chat with family and friends, and make dining reservations. The app also allows you to conveniently reserve shore excursions, browse daily activities, and save them to your calendar. You can easily navigate the ship with the help of complete deck plans and track your onboard expenses. The app is continuously being developed and enhanced, and the company welcomes feedback and ideas from users. To provide feedback or share your ideas for future improvements, you can email [email protected]. The app is free to download and use, and in-app purchases are available. It is worth noting that once onboard, you can connect to the ship's guest Wi-Fi without needing to purchase an internet package.
