About Cartwheel Driver

Cartwheel is an innovative last-mile delivery management app designed for drivers and couriers. It offers a range of features to optimize the delivery process and save time. The app provides optimized routes for drivers, ensuring they know where, how, and when to go next. It also offers one-click navigation, making it easy for drivers to find their way. Additionally, Cartwheel allows drivers to communicate with customers through a masked phone number, enabling them to call or text with just one tap. The app also includes proof of delivery tools such as photo capture, barcode scanning, and signature collection. However, it's important to note that to use Cartwheel, your company must be a user of the Cartwheel delivery management system. Cartwheel's on-demand delivery management software is not only beneficial for drivers and couriers but also for restaurants and retailers. It allows these businesses to launch and manage a hybrid delivery program, where they can handle high-value orders for self-delivery and outsource the rest to trusted third-party delivery services. The software provides custom-branded tracking and integrates with Google reviews, helping companies maintain their brand identity. Cartwheel has integration partnerships with various platforms, including Olo, Square, ChowNow, DoorDash Drive, and ezCater. By using Cartwheel, companies can increase their revenue, save on costs, and streamline their delivery operations. It's worth noting that while Cartwheel offers valuable features, users should be mindful of the app's impact on battery life. The app utilizes GPS, which, if running in the background for extended periods, can significantly decrease the device's battery life. Therefore, users should be aware of this and manage their device's battery usage accordingly.
