About Bid Beacon

Bid Beacon is an online platform that helps charities, nonprofits, sports teams, school groups, and private events increase auction participation, reach more donors, and raise more funds with online silent auctions. The platform offers a simple and straightforward auction setup and managing users. Users can invite guests to the auction in multiple ways, including a unique invite link, access code, and QR code. Bid Beacon also offers custom branding features that allow admins to create stunning, one-of-a-kind auctions. Admins can upload a logo, banner image, apply a theme color, and personalize their invite link. The platform also allows additional admins to help create and manage silent auctions. In addition to classic silent auction bidding, Bid Beacon supports Donation, Buy Now, Live Auction, and Blind Bid items. Guests can place bids at the touch of a button and receive instant notifications when outbid. Bid Beacon also offers payment of auction items and lets users configure their Stripe, Square, or PayPal account. Bid Beacon offers the most flexible pricing options available. Users can start for free with up to 5 items, 10 guests, and 1 administrator role. If you’re looking to host the most successful silent auction yet, try Bid Beacon today!
