About Allstate Motor Club

The Allstate Motor Club application is a useful tool for anyone in need of roadside assistance. With the app, users can quickly and easily request help to be sent to their location. The app leverages Allstate’s nationwide 24/7 roadside service provider network and the user’s phone GPS capabilities to route assistance to their location. The service providers are qualified, and satisfaction is assured. In addition to requesting roadside assistance, the app also allows Allstate Motor Club members to access the benefits of their membership plan. However, non-members can also use the app to request assistance. The app tracks the user’s location or allows them to enter their address manually. It suggests vehicle drop-off locations and finds the nearest Allstate-selected service providers with the shortest estimated arrival times. The app also shows service provider information, including the company name, phone number, and technician name. It provides status updates, showing the technician’s whereabouts on a map, and alerts the user’s family or friends via email about their situation. The app also offers live customer service backup 24/7 in case the user needs additional help with their request. It is important to note that services for vehicles outside of the Allstate Motor Club membership are subject to fees. However, the app is still a valuable tool for anyone in need of roadside assistance, regardless of their membership status. With its user-friendly interface and helpful features, the Allstate Motor Club application is a must-have for anyone who wants to be prepared for unexpected car troubles.
