The app also offers LensGauge, which reminds customers when it's time to change their contacts, and manages subscriptions for easy order management. The app partners with major vision insurance companies to quickly apply benefits when ordering. The company's promise includes free shipping and returns, free replacement for torn lenses, free exchange for old prescription contacts, and a price beat guarantee. The app also offers 24/7 customer service with a real person available to help via call, email, or text.
